Restoring confidence in youth and supporting their professional reintegration
Since 1998, YouthStart has been committed to rebuilding confidence among youth and helping them reintegrate into the labor market.
We firmly believe that entrepreneurial education is the key tool to support youth who are disconnected from the professional world. This approach, which goes far beyond simply creating businesses, encourages initiative, creativity, responsibility, and teamwork.

In an educational system that is often too theoretical, entrepreneurial education offers an alternative way to spark enthusiasm among youth and help them become active participants in their own future.
YouthStart advocates for greater recognition of projects that integrate this educational approach, which has the following characteristics:
- Empowering: encourages youth to take charge of their own learning process.
- Experiential: learning is built from the youth’s own personal experience rather than from others’.
- Reflective: prompts youth to think about their learning process and how they acquire knowledge.
- Cooperative: teamwork allows each participant to contribute to collective learning and support others in their progress.
This approach provides youth with a more engaging and meaningful way to learn and prepare for their future.
We offer training and support in cities and municipalities where many unemployed youth are waiting for an opportunity to build their future. Through our expertise and partnerships, we help youth find suitable solutions and build their professional future. Our training programs are accessible to all, with no skill prerequisites, and we adapt to each participant’s individual context.
We offer two types of training and support:
