YouthStart supports youth looking for opportunities by guiding them through a free eight-day orientation and activation process focused on their personal and professional development, so that they can become sustainably active on the labor market, return to education, or start training in their chosen field.

A YouthStart training easily adapts to the needs and schedules of its partners.

  • Integration into existing programs
    The training can be organized over 8 consecutive days or spread across several weeks, depending on the established schedule.
    The total duration generally varies between 2.5 and 8 weeks, according to the preferences of current partners.
  • Maximum adaptability
    The format is designed to be flexible, particularly in cases where teaching days change within the framework of alternating education or apprenticeship programs.
  • Year-round availability
    Sessions can be scheduled at different times throughout the school year to meet the specific needs of institutions and participants.
