YouthStart supports vulnerable youth by guiding them through a free orientation and activation process focused on their personal and professional development.
We recognize that, as a social organization, you play an essential role in supporting youth who are actively seeking opportunities to build their future.
Our training and coaching programs help youth develop essential skills and actively prepare to reintegrate into the labor market, return to education, pursue training, or start a project in their chosen field. Our programs are accessible to everyone, with no specific skill requirements, and we adapt to each participant’s individual context.
A flexible and empowering approach
Our approach is based on entrepreneurial education, which fosters initiative, creativity, responsibility, and teamwork. By helping youth take ownership of their journey, we encourage them to reflect on their goals and develop key skills for their professional future. YouthStart supports youth who are distant from the labor market by restoring their confidence and accompanying them toward successful reintegration. This empowering and cooperative approach allows youth to become active participants in their own future, while strengthening their ability to collaborate and innovate to build a solid professional path.
A target group disconnected from the education system and the labor market
YouthStart focuses on young adults under 30 who are not in school (or only partially), are not working, and hold at most a secondary education diploma (or a higher education diploma that is not recognized in Belgium).
