A FREE GROUP PROGRAM WITH INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT TO HELP YOU BUILD YOUR FUTURE!

1. INFORMATION DAY

The Information and Welcome Day is designed to help you get to know us, explain the full program, and answer all your questions.
After this introduction, you’ll have a brief meeting with one of the coaches to assess together whether the training meets your needs and expectations. This Information Day is part of the program and is therefore mandatory.

2. TRAINING: ORIENTATION AND TAKING ACTION

During the 9-day training, you will develop a professional future plan based on your talents and passions. You are at the center of the project! Guided by two supportive and attentive coaches, you will develop key skills to enter the professional world. The program includes: updating your CV, boosting your self-confidence, practicing interviews, and progressing within a small group of up to 15 young people, while also benefiting from individual coaching.

Discover Your Talents and Build Your Future Step by Step:

  • I discover my talents, as well as my values and what matters most to me.
  • I use my creativity and collaborate with others to explore careers or sectors I hadn’t considered before.
  • I learn how to determine an appropriate salary for my work.
  • I develop skills to organize my day and approach work with the right attitude.
  • I learn how to use a computer and create a professional presentation.
  • I receive tools to assess whether my future plan is realistic and achievable.

  • I create my own action plan for the future.
  • I receive the official YouthStart Certificate.

3. INDIVIDUAL GUIDANCE

You will also benefit from additional individual support tailored to your aspirations to further develop your professional future plan.

This support consists of four individual follow-up sessions and one day of interactive group workshops:

  • In addition to the group workshops, YouthStart offers four individual coaching sessions. Together with your coach, you will clarify your needs and identify organizations that can support you.
  • During these sessions, you can review and adjust your professional plan based on what you’ve learned in the collective workshops, ensuring your plan stays perfectly aligned with your goals and needs.
  • After the training, you will attend a day of interactive workshops and group discussions to support each other in moving forward in your careers. You will identify opportunities using your own talents and skills and give clear direction to your professional life.
