Whether you’re thinking about your next studies, looking for a job, or dreaming of starting your own business, the YouthStart program helps you define your goals, ambitions, and passions.
In just 8 days, you’ll discover your potential and (re)launch yourself into the job market with confidence. The goal of YouthStart is to help you design a professional life plan and become the entrepreneur of your own life.
You’ll learn to:
- Discover your talents (both technical skills and personal qualities)
- Identify and highlight your strengths
- Present yourself with confidence and professionalism
- Develop your own project
- Explore and clarify your ambitions
Is It for You?
The YouthStart program is completely free and open to young people who:
- Are between 16 and 30 years old
- Are unemployed and not in school, or enrolled part-time
- Have no diploma, or at most a secondary school certificate (or a higher education diploma not recognized in Belgium)
- Have a basic command of one of the two national languages
Our Method
With YouthStart, you’ll step into the shoes of an entrepreneur to discover your talents and unleash your potential.
You’ll join a small group of up to 15 young people and benefit from individual coaching in a motivating and supportive environment.
What You’ll Experience
During the training, you’ll create a professional life plan based on your passions and talents, with the help of your coaches. You’ll simulate the role of an entrepreneur from idea creation to presenting your project before a jury while exploring the financial and marketing aspects.
You’ll also gain digital skills, learn public speaking, and, through personality tests, identify your key strengths.
At the end of the program, you’ll receive the official YouthStart Certificate, recognized by HEC Liège and the Antwerp Management School.

Day 1 & 2
I learn who I am and discover my talents.
Day 3 & 4
I choose my future project and bring it to life as an entrepreneur.
Day 5
I strengthen my strong points and learn how to manage areas that need improvement.
Day 6
My future begins to take shape. I know what I want to do with my life.
Day 7
I learn how to present myself and my project.
Day 8
I present my dream project and receive the YouthStart Certificate!
